Landlords and tenants can also manage and report maintenance issues. Their interface is very user-friendly and works on any desktop, tablet or smartphone!

Rent Tracker –

Rent Tracker is a clean and simple way to track your properties using an Android, iPad or iPhone. (A web-based version is coming soon.) They have been in business since 1999, one of the first in their industry, revolutionizing property management software as they go.  They boast the #1 property management app on iTunes and Google Play.

Appfolio –
